Remove photos when ads expire?

It might just be our setup, but our data directory is at 1GB now and it seems that photos from old ads are still being stored in there. Is this by design or perhaps we have a permissions error somewhere? Thanks

Old ads should indeed be deleted. We run a remove files function when an ad is truly deleted.

Ok thanks for clarifying, I'll go over everything with a fine comb and see if I can spot what's going on (or not in this case, lol!). Also Chuck did you see that other posting which points out the Installation instructions don't include the cron sendnotice.php details? HTH
