How to Add link to manual

A lot of the users I have are not computer savvy. In order to accommodate them so that they can help themselves I believe it would be a good idea to add a link to the user manual. I believe this one would be adequate.

I suppose it would be best suited to go in the sidebar because that place has real estate left.

Gotcha. I need to edit the sidebar template "sidebar_leftopen.tmpl". I got it done. I guess the way this product is modularized it makes it very flexible to do this sort of thing.
