Featured/Recent Ads

Is there any way to make a "Featured Ads" box for certain users? Is it possible to have separate "Featured Ads" boxes for different users?

The featured ads are shown based on permissions for usergroups of people who views what not an individual user.

Yup, I understand that, but I was asking if it was possible to display featured ads only from a certain user or usergroup.

You would need to write something like that up there is no functionality in the program for that
