Ads Last Ads Posted

Hey chuck hopefully this is my last problem but I have some ads posted on my site but on the homepage it doesnt show ads or the last ad posted. o it doesnt show how many ads are posted or when the last ad was posted in the categories I have set up.

I have checked all my settings from top to bottom I just wonder am I missing somthing or does it fall under another check box to turn to yes or does it simply take time for them to show there and if so how much time. Please advise.

Our program shows information in our program. Not sure what your meaning by homepage. There is a vbulletin block of ads that can be shown on the vb forum homepage but other than that there is no external blocks that show information outside our actual program.

okay on the main page there is category then ads then last ad posted and nothing show up that there are any ads in the categorys.

okay here is your demo PhotoPost Powered Site it has category then ads then last ad posted the first category says 109 ads and last ad posted feburary 13,2009 by cng motors mine does not show that it has the space for it and it has the ads and last ad posteds but nothing showing under them

You would have to actually post a link to your site.

If yours just has an arrow maybe your electing not to show the information but I would have to see the site.

Classifieds 55 - Main Index there are some ads but it doesnt show in the category that there are any it shows blank

Do you have almost every last category set to contain NO ADS?

definately you dont have something configured right in the options.

You only want the top level category to contains ads to no in edit categories all the other categories the subcats you want to display contains ads to yes.

Yes i just rechecked them all and they are all set to contain ads. when i first set up the site and did a couple test ads it worked fine after i was done and then did another test ad it didnt work and hasnt sonce then. I checked everything i can think of and still cant figure it out.

Looks to me like you incorrectly edited our default categories template.

Classifieds 55 - Main Index

I replaced our default template to your site and things display fine.

Not a problem just be careful when you edit things always make sure you have backups.
