How do I mark an ad as paid?

I have a few users that have ads they have paid for but aren't marked paid. So they don't show up to the general users.

How can I now mark it as paid?

The user would have to mark it as SOLD if they sold it. You or they should see the link when viewing the ad to mark it sold.

No, sorry that's not what I'm talking about.

I charge a fee for people to list items for sale. When they pay via PayPal some people have problems with their ads not being marked as paid. So the ad doesn't show to users.

I would suggest you get more information there. Is this the latest version of classifieds thats has the IPN payment system? Have you inputted your url to the verify payment script in your paypal IPN?

I'm using version: 2.61


The problem has only occurred with a few people. Most have no problems. One customer posted several products though. So they are pretty upset!

You can approve them under admin approve ads screen probally unpaid ads que?

Under Admin => Approve Ads most likely the unpaid ads que.
