Category's not displaying

I started to add some and they don't show up on the main index page

Link then go to Classifieds on the top bar

should have
main Category
sub
sub
sub

should be the same as photopost that works fine

fixed permissions were not set right for viewing

but maybe another issue is it is not updating them the first time as I had to go back

Just test and see. I created a cat on my test site and it seemed to work fine so I might need more exact steps on how you create any issue exactly.
