| Not remembering login's and image resizing not working.
Hello,
A lot of my users are having to log in again when they look at the Classifieds sections. Usually I would just say to them they need to check their IE settings for cookie problems but there are too many for this to be the case.
Also, when people upload photo's and they are placed in the ad, the supersize link shows them as the same size that they are in the ad.
Any idea what is causing these problems?
Thanks,
Chris

1. make sure your cookies are aligned properly with the forum there is a faq on this in the photopost faq forum.
2. look at your supersize setting and preview settings your supersize should be larger than your preview size.

OK for some reason my cookie prefix was bb. I run this on my vBulletin site so no idea why that wasn't changed. I've changed it to vb3 now.

Based on that the supersize should be 800pixels
a default vb cookie prefix is bb. You can see what yours is in your vb config.php file in their includes directory.

The pictures never appear larger than the preview.
I'll check that cookie setting.

Yep my cookie prefix is bb in the config.php. I've changed it back to bb in the classifieds settings now.

Your supersized look fine once you changed your supersize setting.

well it had to have been changed from before because all your older ads are the same size and now your newer ads the supersize is larger.

Hmm that's odd.
What about the cookie issue? It was already bb and that's what my forum uses.

Sorry to waste your time Chuck, seems my users don't like the Classifieds system and have voted for it's removal.
So I'm having to go back to the old system.
