Third and fifth Images are positioned in the middle of the cell. I want all AD images to be aligned to the top. How Can I do that?

Actually they are all aligned center as noted by the picture and the code. In inc_ads.php you would say need to add a valign statement to the line noted.

How to adjust padding from top?

There is no padding statement in our code so I suppose you need to look elsewhere for that
