I assume you mean menubar?
You can add links to the menubar template via admin edit templates.

Add any html link you wish near the $menu or $menu2 variables.

Is there an easier way to modify the menubar in 4.2 without modifying the code?
The items seem out of order, and the "Forum" link should not be there with vb integration (there is already a tab right above it)

The menu code is all defined in that function topmenu as described.
