how do i mass email to members?

Is this a standalone or integrated with a forum?

standalone... btw how do i integrate it with PHPBB?

You would need to start over and reinstall to integrate with phpBB to work with the phpBB login.

Mass email when using a forum integration would be handled on the forum side. In a standalone under Edit Users we have a little email form under that option in admin to mass email all users.
