MySQL Error

From time to time I get this mailed to me by the system:

The query returned with an errorcode of:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'FROM cp_products WHERE approved=1 AND storecat=0 ORDER BY date DESC LIMIT 9' at line 1

what version of the software are you using. I did a search through the current software and see no issues.

I am running 3.02 but will do a upgrade and see how it goes afterwards, thx..

YEAH i do not see this query in any file in the downloaded code
