Error creating resized original! Error code: 1

Hello all,

I'm doing a fresh install of the Classifieds software and i'm running into a problem when you try and add an image to an ad. You get the error message: Error creating resized original! Error code: 1.

I've check permissions on both the uploads and the data directory and it's all set to 777. I also notice that the image is actually being uploaded, because I saw the file in the /data/2/large directory.

Any suggestions on what to look at next?

I would suggest you recheck permissions on the data directory at all level is 777. also what processor are you using sounds like there might be a problem with GD2. Do you have mogrify on the server? Link to phpinfo?
