How and where can i change <title> in show product to read.

<title> site name. category. product</title>

Thats what I thought, but if you look at showproduct page.
Affordable.ie - Null Modem Cable RS-232 DB9F to DB9F

it has SITE NAME-PRODUCT only

Have i set something up wrong.

I want to have similar to this

well you would have to change this line in pp-inc.php from this
