Turn off comment moderation

Hi,

Running 3.03, how do I turn off moderation of comments please? I can't seem to find the option anywhere, but having searched the forum it appears you can do it after version 2.6.

Moderation is set in Admin => Edit Usergroups per usergroup

These are the options I have

Admin Access?
Mod Access?
Moderate Ads?
Allow posting?
Allow highlight?
Allow bold?
Allow italic?
Allow Payment?
Allow comments?
Upload File Size Limit (kB)
Allow edit own ads?
Allow edit comments?
Max Ads Limit?
Free Ads?


Which one of those controls moderation of comments please?
