Is there a mod or some sort of php code available to show recent ads on the wrapper of the ipb software?

Not that I am aware of. You could include our vb file inc_features.php by removing the permissions stuff and changing css tags etc but that would take some work. Then simply include the file and echo "$photopostfeature"

Sounds like a good modification project for someone you might want to post in the mod corner to see if any invision users have done this.
