classifieds amd utf8 errors in characters

i use in my vbulletin utf8 encoding

every thing work perfect with classifieds
except:

1.if the user have name with arabic font when he just first the classifieds for first time he will get his name like this: "?????"

also even he try to visits alot of time his name still not shown

2.if usergroup name in arabic font it will also not appearing in right way and it show "????????"

but if i add it manually it will be shown correctly

this error appears only when the classivieds grab data from the vbulletin tables and this data in arabic font

I would not know honestly without poking around in your database tables and seeing how things are stored
