Add in Free Category Triggers Paid Ads

If I have a category like "Part Wanted" where posting is always free, then I wish that those ads in free categories didn't count toward the freecheck.

Right now members who place an ad in a free category have to pay for their first ad in a pay category.

It seems like the freecheck should only count ads in categories where there is a price. Could that be done?

Not without some kind of code modification free ads is based on how many ads are placed in the system not how many categories are pay oriented.
