Upload Problem Moved Server Wrong Path

I moved to a new server and I am unable to upload. I am getting the typical error

Unable to move file [/tmp/phpz5Rcce] [/home/juehtad/public_html/classifieds/data/9/300poster2.jpg]

The problem is the path is wrong. The path should be /var/html/classifieds/blah blah blah

I looked at the config files directly and they are correct. If I look though the UI they are correct. But for some reason its trying to upload to the wrong place.

I am sure I am missing something somewhere. Any direction would be appreciated.

In Admin => Global Options you must place the proper path to the data and uploads directories in there and if you correct those paths there you should be fine. Next you also want to check that the permissions on the uploads and data directories are both set to 777 permissions.

Very strange.
