Strange path message when adding a new classified

in the 3rd step when a user uploads a classifieds it gives this strange path message on the bottom.

Skip upload and process the files in your upload directory
Files should already be in: /usr/home/purse/domains/pursepage.com/public_html/market/uploads/10
Click here to bypass approval process and upload all files in directory
Files should already be in: /usr/home/purse/domains/pursepage.com/public_html/market/uploads/10

i added a screen shot of the error on the bottom.

Is that normal, or is that unusual?

Its offering you the option of skipping the upload process if you already have files in that directory.
