Featured Ad XHTML Error

I am getting an error when doing my XHTML validation stemming from what I believe is the inc_ads.php file.

Thats the line of code. The error is nestled into the $featuredclassifieds or whatever it is variable stemming from the inc_ads.php file. When I added a <td></td> to the file it fixed it but threw the formatting of the block off.

Just run it through the w3 XHMTL validator. Once I turn that block off no errors. I get an error on like 1947 I think it was.
