stop repetetive emails?

I tested out an auction ad in my ppclassifieds section, upon expiring, it emailed me with the following email subject: 'domainname' auction end notice: 'ad title'.

The only issue i had is that it emailed me the same email, 60 different times, once every minute for an hour, starting at 1:00pm and the last one at 1:59pm.

Ever seen this one?

what version are you using? My initial response would be to suggest you use the current code.

Currently running the previous version, 2.6 or so, the one prior to your 3.0 releases. It ran the email notice twice again thus far, at 11:00pm - 11:59pm, and then again at 3:00am - still going as it's not quite 3:59am yet.

Really didn't quite feel like upgrading yet to the 3.0, are there no other alternatives?

well you could compare the sendnotice.php files from 2.6 to 3.0 but i suggest upgrading.
