I would suggest if you want to use a different header or footer in photopost but use the vb style follow this suggestion.

Add my own area to the top of every page?

Actually I want to just remove it but leave my use of the vb style in place. I want to call the system as a module in my vb front end, which already has the vb header, so I dont want the header to appear twice.

Is there a line of code that is displaying the vb header that I can just // out to turn off, but still keep the overall look and feel otherwise?

Try deleting $header in the header-inc.php file

Hi Chuck,

I read the other thread posted here (that you linked to above) about having a different header and was wondering where I should put this code in the classifieds header-inc-php file

Quote:
eval('$navbar = "' . fetch_template('navbar') . '";');
eval('$header = "' . fetch_template('header2') . '";');
eval('$footer = "' . fetch_template('footer2') . '";');
Thanks

You define those two header2 and footer2 right under that eval navbar line and then in vb make those two new templates thats it.
