Require payments for ad upgrades?

I was wondering if there was a way to require a paypal payment for ad upgrades like "bold", "highlight", and "italic"? This way the user can choose to upgrade their ad when they post and choose one or more of those options for a fee.

Is it possible with the current system? I've already read about the headaches others are having with payment processing. Not sure if I want to get myself into that or not yet, but I figured I'd at least see if it's possible.

Yes you can add bold italic etc later and that has been like that for quite some time

Version 3 adds alot of payment enhancements like subscriptions payment for relisting of ads etc

So how do you set it up so that people can pay for those options? I can't find anything about it in the settings.

You must set a price for ads etc in edit categories and in edit usergroups mark the usergroups you wish this to apply to ALLOW PAYMENT.

That should do it

And all ads can still be free, with fees for the "bold", "highlighted", and "italic" options, correct?
