Registration email?

Hello again, when I tested user sign up, I didnt get an email confirmation? Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Did you put a valid email in the global options in admin? Do you get other notifications like of new uploads etc? Basically your host server needs to have php mail setup to allow php to send mail. We use a simply mail string in php to pass a mail to php. Please check with your host if this is enabled on your server and what requirements they may have for it to work.

The Main Man Chuck, I looked into global settings, everything was fine, then I looked into yahoo php mail, like you mentioned, and it worked. Thanks again

I do get admin notifications, but I tested some registration emails, and I get nothing at different addresses.

Any suggestions?

I would look at the various spam filters on these different emails. I have tested registration and it works on my site that I am seeing.

Do you have emailverify turned on in registration options?

It is weird that I get admin emails, but nothing else.. if I test regisration that is. I do not have a spam filter where I was testing it, but will try it again..

Currently, after the lack of test emails working, I turned the verification email off, as no one could complete their registration if it were on unless they are getting their emails.
