Pulling random ads to display on another page

Is there any ways to pull some random ads to display on other pages (using vbulletin/vbadvanced/ vbportal). which are on different servers.

If your photopost server allows external mysql connections you can install the supported file inc_ads.php and simply uncomment and fill out the database info as normal
