New Server

Moved all my sites to a new server now I get a 500 error here is my site.

www.dragracingclassifieds.com

When I take these out of the htaccess the site works okay
php_value error_reporting 2039
php_flag allow_url_fopen On
php_flag allow_call_time_pass_reference On
php_flag register_globals on

Do I need any of these in the htaccess

Your error comes from your htaccess and not the program. It appears that your host has an issue with the htaccess values.
