Stand-a-lone classifieds

vBulletin 7 beta has a featured called "notices" which resides under the nav bar. Does classifieds have something like this or is there a mod? I want to be able to make a short introduction of the site to both unregistered and registered users. Thanks

There is both an index announcement you can setup and as well a category announcement you can display under the navbar of classifieds for each category. Both are setup in Index Options and Edit Categories in Admin.
