Found the showcat and showproduct title tags in the pp-inc.php file. How would I modify the Index title tags?

you mean the feature photos thats in pp-inc.php under the display_gallery function

Actually this is PPC... not sure if that makes a difference.

No the display_gallery function is the same for all products if we are talking the featured product ads or photos blocks on the index.

Your site name is set in global options. The title tag for the program is in printheader function in pp-inc.php
