How do I ask registred user to pay for ads ?

Hello,

I would like registred users to pay for new ads. I've put "Allow payment" in admin interface but users can made ads without any payement.

If someone can help me.

In edit categories you also need to place prices for ads within those categories. if the price is 0 that means no payment.

Yes there are global permissions and then refined permissions under edit cats
