Help with header

We have a header that is in flash and it looks fine in FireFox but in IE Explorer it has a space between the header and board.

Couple things I see wrong with your html that might help

You dont need to use html and head tags in the header. Also your not using proper html as in your only using a table command. You need to use proper table format <table><tr><td> stuff here </td></tr></table>

The flash header on our site is showing on the home page but does not show on other pages?
