Usergroup designated paid advertising

I dont know if this is possible but here's a suggestion I would love to see anyway... I have upgraded membership in the forums who I would like to get free listings in this classifieds - but I would like all members to be able to post, and those who arent upgraded need to use the paid ads. Possible or not a feature?

Yes, I am doing just what you are looked for. It is just a group setting.

In Classifieds Admin area, Edit User Groups and look for Allow Payment?

YES = Take a payment
NO = No payment needed

I just wish I could also do this also by category for I want one category ALWAYS needed to be paid for.
