After saving page goes blank

Hi Everyone,

I have 2.6 installed and for the first time in ages I am trying to make changes in admin.

I changed domain name and want to make those reflect in the admin panel.

Well when I save settings the page goes blank and nothing happens. When I click on the link in the left panel the page returns without the changes saved. I tried this in IE and FF browsers and it is the same. I also disabled my local firewall software for incase.

Also is: config-intc.php actually config-int.php? I can't seems to find the later one anywhere?

I would suggest if your trying to change a domain name etc you attempt to run install.php and do a reinstall.

You can do it through the admin panel but apparently something was inputted incorrectly in the database settings if you have a blank page so running install should help you reset all program settings to the proper ones.

Thanks Chuck, I will try a reinstall..

EDIT: Changing the new URL's directly in the DB solved the problem..

There you go easy enough if you know to do that. I always tell people the simpliest approach.
