Not without you modifying your scripts. The fee is a fixed amount set under edit categories in admin.

This script is quite restrictive in almost every way, are there any plans to upgrade it in the pipeline???

I am sorry I dont understand what is restrictive when a script does not contain every feature you want. Yes we plan on putting out upgrades.

For example simple things like changing the amount of images allowed, 99.9% of scripts that use images have this built in but Classified does not.
