Payment Error

I'm trying to activate the payment options with the classifieds section, but when I test it, as soon as I submit to 'make payment' for the listing, I get the following error message

The following errors have occurred.
(123) This account has not been given the permission(s) required for this request.


What account permissions do I need? Is that something associated with the usergroups, or is it more an error on the payment settings specifically?

I think you need to give me more information here. Thats not an error from our program so where does that come from?

What processor your using where the error occurs and what url would help
