Is there a way to charge a subscribed VB user group for highlighting?

I know that fees are set per category and you set the user group to pay or not to pay, but I would really like to be able to charge my subscribed users a fee to highlight their ads.
Is there a way to do this or does anyone know of a mod that does it?

Set that group yes for payment or no in usergroup options

Yes, I understand that is how you get someone to pay, but that will make them pay for ads as well when they use the same categories as non-subscribers who must pay for their ads.

All I want is to be able to charge subscribers for highlighting and not their ads.
I really don't want to have to set up categories purely for subscribers; it will make it hellish to get around and find anything.

you can not separate out the payment things there is only one switch
