Paid Ads Not Going Live

The users are paying for ads via paypal and they won't go live. They are set to go live automatically, not waiting to be approved. But they just sit with the black arrow saying they have not been paid for.

What is causing this?

Maybe your users are not clicking the return url after paying in payment. Check in admin approval under the payment pending que do the ads show there

In the back end it shows valid. Is there any way to manually allow them? Or do we have to refund them, and ask them to list it all over again?

yes check accept and process them in that approval screen
