Highlighting on ads is not working

I hope someone can help. I have highlighting enabled on the user group I am testing with, I have payments enabled, I tick highlighting on the ad upload process, and the payment process works fine, but the ads do not seem to be highlighted. Am I missing something?

My problem is that the highlighting is not working at all, not that it is coming out a different colour. I haven't modified any of the vb stylesheets at all, so this couldn't be stopping it from working.
Is there a setting or variable in one of the PP Classifieds stylesheets or templates that I need to check?

YOU NEED TO ADD THE CSS DEFINITION I TOLD YOU TO EVERY LAST SINGLE VB STYLESHEET.

Sorry that is not a shout I capitalized it so you would read it in every last word. Your issue is exactly as I state and you must do as I say to correct this.
