How do I edit the Ad Type Id?

As I am figuring out (I think) that the Ad type ID is related to an upload template, how do I edit an Ad type that I created using the wrong ID? or if I cannot edit it, how the heck do I just delete it so I can re-create it?

Based on what I am understanding about the ad-types, there are only, 0,1,2 and 3, is that correct?

Correct you need to follow the sticky in the install forum on how to define ad types and make sure you have created all the new language and template files
