Just one question: You can sort products by

ZipCode
Most Popular
Most Recent
Most Views

and so on...

So where can i find the phrases to translate them into German?

You can translate language strings in the english.php file the sort table names though are in the actual database sort table so you would need to edit the sort table via phpmyadmin etc and change those names
