Problem creating catagories/sub-catagories

I created 1 and all seemed fine. I then started to enter more and can't get any of them to work. I click on the catagoryand I get:

What am I doing wrong?

Ok, but I am not changing the look at all. Just want to add catagories and items under them with the default VB look that we are using for all of them. Maybe it is becuase I changed the order #?
