Hello, I embed a Youtube video in my anouncment box but it shrunk the video down. You can see it here at Megafieds.com

How can we make it so it displays it's regular size "254" height="350 ?

It looks to me to be 254x350

I changed it to width="625" height="550" but it is still the same size?

There are 2 value areas.
In Bold.

I changed the valus to " width="625" height="450" but it is still the same size? Is there a size constraint for the anouncement box?

There is no size constraint in the announcement template

When I put the same code in the side boxes pals the embeded video is shown full size?
