Is there a way to have a small image show by the category title when a new ad is placed in that category? Or text that sais "NEW" or something of that nature?
Not in the default code no because you would need to know how to track what is new and what not. Your index of classifieds has a new post indicator arrow colored yellow when you have new ads in that category but each ad on showcat there is no code for that
