Scammer Problems

I am plagued daily by scammers that register and then hit my advertisers with a barrage of about 40 form emails in a half hour period. By the time someone reports this or I catch it and ban the scammer, the damage is already done.

Since I have good people on my board, they are naive and gullible about scammers. I have added the message below to all blind email ad responses through my system. Some users openly give a phone number and/or their email address in the ad. HOW DO I AUTOMATICALLY SEND OUT THIS SAME MESSAGE in the form of an ad confirmation email so I can put the advertiser on notice immediately upon posting their ads? (They obviously don't read what I've written on my site about scammers. Maybe they will read a direct and personal email from me. The jerks think my attached message in the scammer's email is added by the scammer.)

Notice:
Beware of SCAMMERS with forged cashier's checks or counterfeit money orders! The scheme will involve a check made out for more than your asking price. They will want you to quickly WIRE excess money back to them or their shipper. Your bank will not so politely inform you after the fact that you are responsible! Sender's originating IP address: (included the senders IP number) - Use these numbers to report abuse.

Well not much you can do without code modification. Your talking to the contact form which is available to registered users.

You would need to modify contact.php adding something like this

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

That's what I had already done for including that message with each user response.

I was thinking that it would be more direct to have something in uploadproduct.php to put the seller on immediate notice upon placing an ad, but that most likely belongs in the mods forum.

The scammers are getting the best of me! No one else has these problems?
