New/announcement box too small

How do I make the news box on the homepage of the classifieds hold more text. It doesn't show everything that I have inserted into it in the administrative panel.

It says it can handle 200 characters. Actually it is 255 and that is the max it can handle

Is there a way for me to make a little HTML snippet and substitute it where the announcement box is?

I'm using a VB3 subscription to determine the number of ads based on Member group in VB -- and I'd like to give an explanation and a link. I'd also like to give a short "Seller Beware" with the some of the scams perpetrated against both buyers and sellers. I need more space and the ability for HTML to do it the way I'd like. If I could make a little include.html file and know where to poke it in -- I'd be good to go.

as a suggestion for future versions -- this would be a great template (as long I could still use my Forum's VB3 Style Itegration) that could have html pasted in.

The announcement box is limited to 255 characters cause thats what the field is limited to.

You can edit the announcement template if you want to and edit the html in there to print whatever you want by hard coding a larger announcement
