page background image

I want to use an image background for all my pages. I specified it in the style sheet and in the header but it only shows up on some pages. I would like it to show on every page. So the question is where exactly do I put the code to make this happen?

Make sure in your stylesheet your using FULL URLS not relative paths to images in your vb admin styles options
