Change Titles
How can i change the page titles of photopost classifieds?

In what context are you asking this? Do you mean the site name in global options you set your site name in there

When i go to my classifieds page, in the page title it adds powered by photopost classifieds.

Yes that is usually there on any of our applications. You can edit your pp-inc.php file and remove that 3 times from the file but you may not remove the copyright in the footer
