I need help with my classified

I just bought my PhotoPost Classified 5 days ago, i'm trying to get familiar with it, before i launch it...
1-where/how do i turn on the zip code?
2-where and how do i implement the shipping and handling before/after check out?
3-can the user purchase more than one(1) item at a time, if yes how do i turn it on? if i have more than one of the same item for sale, for example 10 of the same cd, how can i have user A to buy it, and now showing 9 left for sale, where user B can buy 2 if he wants...?
4-Do you think it would be wise to add sales tax or not? if so how do i proceed with that?
5-everytime i try to check out, in the paypal screen, i got my forum email address as the header in the paypal screen, how can i change it to my website name?? maybe have the logo of my site would be nice?
6-can you tell me how PhotoPost Review can help with Classified, what is the difference with classified, would it be worth it to add it to my site or not? Why?
7-is there is a way i could charge the users per percentage(%) of sale instead of a fix amount? For example charging 2%of the amount sale, instead of charging 2$ for each ads?!?!?

1. You turn on the zipcode in your admin options

2. there is no shipping calculations in our software

3. There are no multiple items allowed or coded yet into the software. One can always place suggestions for the program to be taken into consideration for future versions

4. Sales Tax does not need to be calculated when selling things through an online site usually. Users posting there ads control what they are charging

5. The paypal screen is a normal paypal payment screen if your trying to do some shopping cart thing you would need to modify the code to suit you

6. Reviewpost is a product review software

7. Payment is a set fixed price per category not percentage.

Now, unless i'm looking at the wrong place but my admin options dont show any zip code option.
here is my admin options!!!!!
-Use email to notify users?
-Users can be notified of product approvals and deletions.
-Allow users to be notified of new posts via email?
-Allow users to upload ads?
-Allow users to post comments?
-Your Commission Junction click-through URL
-Notify Admin of New Uploads?
-Comments increment user post count?
-Allow users to move/delete their own images?
-Photo uploads increment user post count?
-User Registration System
-Do you want moderators to have global rights?
Set this to NO if you want to assign moderators to specific categories
-Display ads with no photos in features?
By default the featured ads only display ads which contain photos
-Display number of viewers on categories?
Adds a query to main index, but shows numbers of viewers per category
