watermark does't appear

I have put watermark in my site....in my site the watermark is OK, in fact when I download the watermark still there.

But when i direct link to another website, the watermark gone...can anyone help me. tq

If your using on the fly watermarking the image is never truly watermarked therefore if you link a photo on another site via the image path since that image is not truly watermarked your not going to see it
