Remove the branding

I paid for branding free and also for installation service. After over getting no reply from anyone after several days I got a friend to do the installation. So how do I get them to send me a refund since they never respond?

Next I was supposed to recieve an email again from customer service about removing the branding from the site and again after repeated emails I have recieved nothing. Is there anyone alive in customer service? How do I get them to respond?

I am planning on purchasing another two licenses definitely and possible a third (against my partners wishes) in the next month or two. I like the software but customer services lack of response makes me (and my partners) nervous.

How do I get someone to respond???

I would suspect you have a spam filter issue as customer service responds very fast and always send out brand free when you purchase it. Now you do not have a processed install I can tell you that cause if you had I would have it since I do all the installs for the company and I do not. When you purchase an install they send you the install document which has to be faxed or scanned and emailed back to us granting us permission to access your server. If that is not returned nothing is every sent to the installer which is me.

You need to email custserv@photopost.com or sales@photopost.com as this is support and we cant help on order status stuff since we dont have access to that side of things

I know that you do the installs you told me that over the phone. I've sent email to both addresses. The spam filter issue may be on your end.

No spam filter issue on my end since I edit spam out manually and disable it on all my email servers. And I do double check all the time.

I have checked all incoming mail and I have gotten nothing. Even after repeated attempts to contact customer service & sales regarding these issues.

As to the installation, After getting frustrated with my lack of knowledge I called and talked to you directly and stated that I would rather just have you guys do the install. You told me that you could either take the charge over the phone or I could do it over the site. I said let's just do it now since we are already on the phone. You took the charge and it went through. You told me to email customer service, which I did several times and got no response. Then I decided to get someone else to take care of it for me and I emailed that to you guys before I did it and I would require a refund for the installation charge.

Since then I have waited and still not response. I have the record of the charge if you require a copy from my bank.

Like I stated earlier no response of any kind from customer service or sales.
