Remove Powered by Photopost

I paid for a brand free copy and I am still finding photopost links!

This is the second time I have brought this up. All of my category pages. Here is an example:

When you purchase a brand free license customer service sends you the removal instructions. I suggest you email sales@photopost.com or support@photopost.com this is not something we post publically

This is the BIGGEST problem I have with Photopost and what has stopped me from buying other licenses. You guys MAKE the customer beg for support. Either your ticket system is down or I post a problem and you guys say, "E-mail support." Well, Chuck you are the support! Why can you just look up my account and send me the info? Go the extra mile just one day and you may sell more product. I did what you asked, wasted more time and sent an e-mail.

According to my records you have not purchased a brand free which could also be why customer service has not send you the instructions. Maybe they have not processed your order. Any sales questions must be directed towards sales not support. There is nothing I can do to assist because I do not work with sales
